The yearly swing

The yearly swing here is substantial. In June, Fajr in Mouans-Sartoux can fall in the small hours with Isha holding off until late evening; in December the whole day from Fajr to Isha is over in a short span. Check the monthly timetable rather than assuming last season's times still hold.

A walk through today's times

Fajr is at 5:25 am — early, and in darkness. Sunrise at 7:05 am closes that window. Dhuhr 12:16 pm, Asr 3:44 pm — the two that carry the middle of the day. Maghrib comes with sunset at 5:26 pm, and Isha closes the day at 6:56 pm. Around 10 hours and 21 minutes of daylight, all told.

Suhoor and iftar in Mouans-Sartoux

The fasting day here runs 5:25 am to 5:26 pm: suhoor closes at the first, iftar comes at the second. Today it works out to some 12 hours and 1 minutes. The monthly table further down shows the window widening or narrowing day by day, which helps when planning meals a week ahead.

Why your mosque may differ slightly

The underlying method is Umm Al-Qura University, Makkah. Where two calculations disagree it is nearly always Fajr or Isha: those depend on twilight, and twilight is a judgement call. For Asr this page uses the Hanafi position — later in the day than the majority view. Local practice wins over any website, this one included.
