Prayer Times in Trani, Italy

Trani, hour by hour

Between the last prayer of one day and the first of the next, Trani gets roughly 10 hours and 25 minutes of darkness. The whole timetable below follows the same movement — as the nights lengthen, every time on the page moves with them.

For tahajjud

Trani gets roughly 10 hours and 25 minutes of night between the last prayer and the first. The final third of the night carries particular weight in the tradition, and it is measured from Isha to Fajr rather than by the clock.

Where these times come from

Umm Al-Qura University, Makkah is the standard applied to this page. The disagreement between methods lives almost entirely in Fajr and Isha, where the sun is below the horizon and the chosen angle decides the time. For Asr this page uses the Hanafi position — later in the day than the majority view. If the mosque down the road announces something a few minutes different, pray with the mosque.

Through the year

Summer and winter look like different timetables entirely in Trani. The times can shift by several hours between the two ends of the year.

Which way to face in Trani
