Method and madhab

The calculation used here is Umm Al-Qura University, Makkah. Methods differ mainly over Fajr and Isha, because each authority settles on a slightly different angle of the sun below the horizon — a few minutes either way is normal. Asr is Hanafi on this page, so expect it later than a Shafi timetable would show. Where your local mosque differs, follow the mosque — that is the timetable the congregation keeps.

How the day runs in Tanambe

Fajr opens the day at 3:52 am, well before first light. You have until 5:09 am, when the sun comes up. Dhuhr follows at 11:30 am once the sun has tipped past its highest point, and Asr at 3:57 pm. The sun goes down at Maghrib, 5:51 pm, and the day ends with Isha at 7:21 pm. That gives Tanambe roughly 12 hours and 42 minutes of daylight today.

What changes between summer and winter

Across the year the Tanambe timetable shifts by an hour or two at each end — long summer evenings push Isha back, short winter days crowd Dhuhr, Asr and Maghrib together.

The clock against the sun

The sun reaches its high point roughly 30 minutes before noon here. That is why Dhuhr sits at 11:30 am rather than just past midday, and it carries through to Asr, Maghrib and Isha as well. It is not an error — timezones are drawn for administrative convenience, not astronomical accuracy.
